Ordering InformationPlacing an Order:
When ordering from Simply Pet Supplies you will receive two
confirmation emails from us. The first one is an email receipt for your order.
The second email will be a confirmation that your order has been shipped. A
tracking number for your order will be sent with this email if applicable. Please note that it takes on average 1-2 business days to process your order before it ships. If you have
any questions regarding your order please contact us at Support@SimplyPetSupplies.com. Be
sure to include your full name and your order number in the email. Backorders:
There will be occasions when an item(s) in your order may be
OUT OF STOCK. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it
originally (we couldn't update the website fast enough), or another customer's
order placed ahead of yours depleted the available inventory before the website
could be updated. You will receive an email and or phone call notifying you of
any backorders and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Backordered items are usually restocked within 1-3 days and
will ship as soon as possible. You will NOT be charged any additional shipping
for backordered items. If you would like to cancel your order or a backordered
item(s), send us an email at support@simplypetsupplies.com.
Please note that your payment method was charged in full at the time the order
was placed. We will always keep you informed with any developments
related to items on backorder.
Customer Support: Customer Support Representatives are available Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST via Live Chat by clicking the Live Chat image at the top right of the website.
Payment Methods: Simply Pet Supplies accepts all major credit cards orders including
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you do not have a
credit card, or prefer not to use one, you still have options to shop
with us! In addition to credit cards, we are pleased to accept PayPal
and Google Checkout.
Sales Tax:
By law we are required to collect a 6.5% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Florida
address. Sales tax will automatically be added during the check out
process based upon the ship to address zip code.
Canceling an Order:
Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled, however it may be
returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an
item or order.
Address Corrections:
When placing your order, make sure your address is complete and
correct. If an address is incorrect, UPS charges us $11.00 for
the address correction. To recover the costs, we will have to charge your credit card
for this charge.
Using Promotional Codes:
When
you join our email newsletter list, you will become eligible for the various
discounts and promotions we offer periodically on select items to only our newsletter subscribers. Should you
receive a promotion code from us via email, be sure to enter it during checkout
in order to apply the discount that is being offered. Please contact us if you
have any questions or need assistance with this feature. Please note, many
promotional codes and coupons are limited to one per purchase.
