return an item, please email Support@SimplyPetSupplies.com and
include your full name, original order number and/or PO number, what
product(s) you are returning and the reason for the return. We will get
back to you as soon as possible with an RMA number (if needed),
directions on how to send your package to us and a return address. Items
returned without contacting us first, will be subject to a 20%
Our Standard Return Policy:
-Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and must have all
original documents and packaging. We will not accept any returns after
30 days. Returned items must be in resalable condition or the condition
that you received it in.
-Customers are responsible for all
shipping charges on returned items unless otherwise noted. We recommend
you insure any return shipments for your protection as we are not
responsible for return shipments.
-For damaged or defective merchandise please see "Damaged or Defective Products" section below.
note that unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part,
we cannot refund shipping charges for the original shipment. We will
issue a refund to the original payment method for the purchase price of
